Enchanted Workshop is a half-day dance and performance production camp for children aged 7-11. Based on La Boutique Fantasque, a famous collaboration between Diaghilev’s Ballets Russes, choreographer Leonide Massine, and costumer Leon Baskt, The Enchanted Workshop is the story of dolls in a magic toy store.

Activities

The program includes a daily dance class in ballet, modern, or jazz, improvisation, choreography, a theme-related craft, and a snack.

Throughout the week, students work on their own choreography, which they present in an in-house performance for parents and friends at the end of camp.

What You Need to Know

The camp will be held daily 9:00am to noon daily the week of August 9 through August 13 at the Lambert Hall studio of the Claire School of Dance, 1703 Heights Blvd. The entrance to the building is located on Heights Blvd, through the playground.

Who We Are

The Enchanted Workshop Dance & Performance Camp is a program of the Claire School of Dance. It is the philosophy of the Claire School of Dance to nurture a love of dance through generous positive reinforcement and individual attention. We therefore limit our class size to 12 dancers.

Tuition

Tuition is $175 for non-members, $150 for members. Supplies and snack are included.

Space is extremely limited. Class size is limited to 12 students. Early registration is highly recommended.

Tuition is transferable but non-refundable.
